Our jewelry and accessories are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product descriptions, availability, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colors, finishes, size appearance, and other visual details may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device or monitor settings.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, pricing errors, inventory errors, resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

If an order must be canceled because of an error on our part or because an item becomes unavailable after purchase, any applicable payment collected for the canceled item or order will be returned to the original payment method.

Karaz Texas currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $65, with free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with 1–3 business days for processing before shipment (not on weekends or major U.S. holidays). Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before completing an order. Karaz Texas is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, and reshipping costs in that case are the customer's responsibility. For full details, see our Política De Envío.

All sales are final. Karaz Texas does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

We replace items that arrive damaged or have a verified manufacturing defect. To request an eligible replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

For damaged items, please include your order number and photos of both the item and the shipping box/packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged due to our error. See our Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items Policy for full requirements.

To help preserve your jewelry's appearance and longevity, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping, store it in a cool, dry place, and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Normal wear, improper care, or exposure to chemicals, water, moisture, or perfumes is not considered a manufacturing defect.

All content on this website—including photographs, product images, logos, graphics, text, product names, branding, website content, and designs—is owned by Luanna Supply LLC or used with permission or authorization.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or otherwise used without prior written consent from the applicable rights holder.
